Hakan Eser

Head of Services
OneSubsea

Hakan Eser is head of services, responsible for global operations for OneSubsea, an SLB company. Recognizing the unique value proposition in bringing together best-in-class companies such as Helix Energy Solutions Group and SLB, he worked to create Subsea Services Alliance in 2015 and has served as its director since then. Previously, he held various executive positions at OneSubsea since its formation in 2013 and spent his first 17 years after joining SLB in 1995 with the Wireline segment, where he advanced to vice president Wireline for Latin America.

Owen Kratz

Owen Kratz is president and chief executive officer of Helix. He was named executive chairman in October 2006 and served in that capacity until February 2008, when he resumed the position of president and CEO. He served as Helix’s CEO from April 1997 until October 2006. Mr. Kratz joined Cal Dive International, Inc. (now known as Helix) in 1984 and held various offshore positions, including saturation diving supervisor, and had management responsibility for client relations, marketing, and estimating.

Donald Ross

President
Production Systems SLB

Donald Ross is currently the president of Production Systems, a role he assumed in May 2020, and is located in Houston, Texas. His technical expertise includes engineering and project management for downhole reservoir monitoring and completions on land, offshore platform, and subsea projects, including integration, final installation, and commissioning. Mr. Ross joined SLB in 1997 as technical project engineer for the Asia Region.

Aparna Raman

Reservoir Performance SLB

Aparna Raman is the president of SLB's Reservoir Performance Division. She is based in Paris and responsible for the service quality, service delivery, engineering, operations, manufacturing, capital planning, talent management, and R&D related to this division. Previously, Ms. Raman held a variety of senior positions within SLB internationally. She has worked extensively in the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, US and Canada land, Europe and Africa, Asia, and Australia. Ms. Raman joined SLB as a field engineer in 1996.

Wallace Pescarini

Basin President Offshore Atlantic
SLB 

Wallace Pescarini is president of the Offshore Atlantic Basin, a position he assumed in July 2020. He is responsible for the SLB business in Europe, Africa, Latin America, and offshore North America. Prior to his current role, he held positions as Wells vice president marketing & technology, president Testing Services, president Reservoir Characterization Western Hemisphere, president Mexico and Central America, vice president Drilling Europe & Africa, and global vice president Deepwater. Mr. Pescarini joined SLB as a Testing field engineer in Brazil in 1997.

Scotty Sparks

EVP and Chief Operating Officer
Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc.

Scotty Sparks is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Helix, having joined Helix in 2001. He has also served in various positions within the Helix robotics subsidiary, Canyon Offshore, Inc., including as senior vice president from 2007 to September 2012. Mr. Sparks has more than 30 years of experience in the subsea industry, including as operations manager and vessel superintendent at Global Marine Systems and BT Marine Systems.

Ken Neikirk

Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc.

Ken Neikirk has served as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Helix since May 1, 2019. Mr. Neikirk has more than 20 years of experience practicing law in the corporate and energy sectors and has been a member of Helix’s legal department since 2007, most recently serving as corporate counsel, compliance officer, and assistant secretary from February 2016 until April 2019. Mr. Neikirk oversees the company’s legal, human resources, and contracts and insurance functions.

Don Sweet

OneSubsea

Don Sweet is director of OneSubsea, an SLB company, which under his guidance has become the leader in the subsea market. He is also a member of the executive steering committee for the Subsea Integration Alliance between OneSubsea and Subsea 7. He joined the OneSubsea executive leadership team as vice president integrated solutions & sales in 2013 when the company was formed between Cameron and SLB. Mr. Sweet has worked for SLB since 1984 in a variety of operations and management positions in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
